......My Guest Post on EZGreatlife

Hey, guys! I know I'm about due for a post, but I'm holding off for a minute because the next one is another milestone (my 300th). I'll have that one up within a few days.
In the meantime, John from EZgreatlife had me guest post for him and it's up now.
Check it out! ;)

Wintertime Blues.....

Yeah, I'm singin' em', because winter has come early!!! Wha happen??? OMG!
It was snowing in New Jersey yesterday! This is not a pic of that actual snow, but OMG!!

I'm not waking up super early anymore, opting instead to snuggle in the bed under two, deliciously thick comforters until the very last second! Morning exercise is the last thing on my mind!
I'm also starting to crave hot chocolate, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. NOT GOOD! :O
I've also noticed that I'm suddenly getting a bit LAZY. The cat loves it, though, because she gets to curl up with me when I take all those naps....!

I'm gonna fight this thing, though. I will not let winter beat me down and turn me into a non active, comfort food craving, sleeping all the time slacker!!
The gloves are gonna have to come off...right now! Well, as long as I don't have to wear them outside! ;)

Does the winter make you feel slow and lethargic, too? I am going to start drinking some green tea in the morning for energy. That's what they do in parts of the world where it's super cold (and everywhere else too, now, I guess, since it's become widely known how good green tea is for you). That's one trick I'm going to try.....
I'm not a tea drinker, but I'm gonna become one now! ;)

What are your tricks for beating back the sluggish feelings that come along with cold weather? Other than consuming caffeine (which I really don't) I'm going to have to streamline my diet a bit by adding some power foods. Yep. That should do the trick! ;)

Look Out Men!! Here Comes Extenze for Women!!

Somebody break out the Viagra! The makers of Extenze, the "male enhancement" formula, available in both pill and drink form, are now doin' it for the ladies!
I'm guessing that since the male consumers of Extenze now have "the goods", they'd just like to make sure that the ladies don't leave them hanging? (yes, pun intended! :D ) Apparently so!

If you recall my post "My Friends are Drinking Extenze...LOL!", you'll know that this whole Extenze phenomenon is growing in popularity. Seems like everyone wants to be this sexual dynamo lately, and here is the product that will help you do it! (no pun intended that time! ha!)

Okay, ladies. If any of you are adventurous enough to try this stuff, please come back and post a nice little comment here on just how "effective" the stuff was?
If it turns out to be worth the buck, perhaps Stella won't be the only one getting her groove back! (don't include me in that bunch. My groove has never left! ;))

From the website:

"Do you feel like you've lost your groove? Can't seem to find the spark, or maybe you even avoid sex altogether? You're not alone... you're just average. Researchers estimate that as many as 46% of American women report little or no satisfaction in the bedroom. This means that more than half of you are missing out on amazing, mind-blowing sex. Fortunately help is available!

Women's Extenze is the all-natural supplement designed specifically for women to enhance pleasure, reignite youthful sexual desire, excite passion and increase overall sexual intensity. Our proprietary blend of all-natural ingredients works to help women safely and effectively rediscover the sexual animal within! Developed by the same medical doctor who created the popular ExtenZe male enhancement formula, Women ExtenZe contains natural libido enhancing nutrients like Pregnenolone and DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) which are both proven to stimulate sexual desire with repeated use."

Extenze for Women

Okay. Go get 'em, girls! Just don't hurt 'em, okay? ;)

Would You Eat This Meat?

Ok, folks, let's make us some meat! :D

From the website Green Blorge:

"Cocoon, the fish and meat maker by Rickard Hederstierna from Lund Institute of Technology, has been selected as the winner of the Electrolux Design Lab 2009 competition. The announcement for the winner was made on September 24, at 100% Design London..

Similar to heating popcorn in a microwave, Cocoon prepares genetically engineered and pre-packaged meat and fish dishes by heating muscle cells identified by radio frequency identification (RFID) signals. The signals detect the specific dish and then suggest the required cooking time. This process uses science to create food…

Apparently the genetically modified prepackaged food, can be “grown” in the cocoon during cooking, like microwave popcorn. The process isn’t like the food generators on Star Trek. It doesn’t create food out of thin air, nor will it clone food from natural fish and meat sources. If it isn’t the genetically modified meat or fish, you can’t grow it." --

Oy! Somebody pass me some fish molecules and fire up the replicator! lol!

Anyway, I know that this is a great biological, technological marvel and an omen of what's to come in the future, but seriously, how do you feel about eating technologically replicated meat? Heck, in a way, it's not that far of a stretch given some of the processed crap we already eat, right?
I, personally, am on the fence about it. I just really feel a whole lot better knowing that my sushi was swimming around freely and hanging out with other fish of the sea before it ended up on my plate!

What's your take on this? (Vegans, save the sermon. We already know your shpiel!) ;) Carnivores, what say you?

Your Weekend Inspiration....

Here, I've been telling you to do this for a couple years now. You don't need no stinkin' gym to get fit! All you need is a little inspiration and something that you can do while smiling! 55 yr old Youtube sensation Diana Campanella GETS IT. Remember me saying "just put your favorite music on and go for it"? Well, Diana obviously listened!!! You should too! Just look at this girl go! She'll burn about 300 calories by the time this song is done, I swear! ;) (well, if she does the song at least six times, lol) If you can't get inspiration from this vid, then you're just a dead fish! ;) Happy Weekend, everybody!
