Get Strong as Steel - Right in Your Own Kitchen. Seriously!

This little nugget just came across my desk, and I just thought that I would share.
You all know I'm always looking out for you! ;)
Some of the best workouts can be found right at home. Who needs a gym? Just please don't forget to turn the stove off first.....

Gives a whole new meaning to the words "calorie burn", doesn't it? For more info on how to get this poppin' in your own kitchen, click HERE:

Hehe, nice stuff, Diva! Seriously, who will need the workout machines anymore, if we can workout while we're cooking in the kitchen! It's totally awesome.

I cant believe that somebody else thought about turning the oven off too! When I saw that chef doing squats next to oven I thought, "hmmm, somebody is bound to catch on fire!" But i do like the idea of using the oven to help with sit ups.
