It looks totally relaxing, people should meditate every once in a while to relieve themselves from stress from their usual routine. A few minutes is enough to clam your nerves.
Michelle, sometimes it is the best thing for you. We're always so busy running, multitasking and trying to get everything done... a little relaxation and meditation can be the one thing that keeps you sane! ;)
I like the pic and meditation, too. I need to get some sanity back, so time to meditate again.Oh, and please don't tell you started meditating after you called out the guys on that Aerobics entry. Or after you heard the "Mickey Mouse" line. LOL! Only kidding, and I won't dare disrupt your meditation time by saying that was the reason! LOL!Have a great one, Fitness Diva!
Ah - this is something I need to do a little more of! It's when you think you're "too busy" to take theses breaks that you need them the most. ;-)
Looks very relaxing FD, I need to give that a try... :)
PEACE ... I love it. :-)
i'd like to comment on your friday fitness post but i can't seem to find the post comment button, LOL!anyway, thanks for the visit in my blog. happy weekend!
Thanks for stopping by all! :)
You know spring is almost here. I see you enjoying the fresh air and you're in NY, yippee. That in and of itself is perfect for slowing down and smelling the roses :-)
Meditation with deep breath not only is a good exercise, but also helps people release stress and think positively.
Meditation helps people relax. it reduce stress. I think it's the best thing to do.
Hmmm...note to self, relax/meditate more. Nice picture. :)
