  15. The ropeless jump rope is a little pointless as part of the intensity of the workout is the focus on getting the rop to clear your feet, otherwise it's just jumping up and down! But maybe it could be useful to built confidence before you move onto a real rope!

  37. The robot personal trainer is ridiculous .. that sounds more of a gimmick but the flex belt actually works well and is an fda approved ab belt too i've tried it and bought it from flex belt canada and it actually makes your abs feel pretty worked but won't get you a crazy ripped six pack, you'll have to work your abs the hard way like crunches and situps etc to get the six pack.

  49. Hi,

An interesting post! I think that even if it's the age for new technology, a good run is still better. The cool morning air in your face, the lazy morning sounds you hear as you pass by your street, the smell of freshly brewed coffee... Nothing beats that! But if I had to really pick one, I'd opt for the jumping rope without a rope. I find it amusing but interesting. It would probably be weird to be using it at first but if it proves to help, then I'm game for it! :)

  50. Diva,

I think the robot would be for me! I find him very cute. I will probably have loads of fun exercising with that robot. It's like having my own RTD2 (Starwars) around :) The other pick I have is the jumping rope without the ropes. I think that'll be cool. This post is interesting and fun!
