It's so late the just reading the list made me tired LOL! Just kidding (sort of). The thing is to pick one or two and do them consistently for real results :)

A useful list but I do not do any of these! I will keep up the walking and cross trainer work - it is not too much effort and seems to be working!

Very useful list exercises for burning fat and as Diane says, it's a good idea to choose a couple and stick with them for best results. But I understand that for some it's tempting to get started with them all to get faster results. Doesn't work :(

Walking and cross training is good, Rachel! Just keep it up and stay consistent.

LOL, Lucy. Yes, could you imagine?
If you did them all you'd have no time for work, not to mention, no energy left at all.

I wish that I could just play all day, this sport followed by that class, and then a good meal, then maybe a dance class followed by some rowing...lol. You'd kill yourself trying to keep up with it all...

These are some good suggestions. I also find that Jumping Jacks, Following Fitness Videos, and walking/jogging around home is an easy way to get exercise done without a gym.
