Great motivational video...I've never felt the need to make a "goal" list every January...but I have to admit I'm feeling a little pressure here!!

I will be back to check out your tips for the rest of the week!

Cheers

Great theory about the new year. Unfortunately, way too many people place the fulfillment of their aspirations on one day, and then lose motivation. What's more important is to wake up each day with the mindset to remain focused on already established goals, and continue working on them until success is achieved.

I totally agree! I think when people make New Year's resolutions, when they break one it is a good excuse to stop trying for the rest of the year. It's much better to have a healthy lifestyle year-round.

Amen Fitness Diva!! Hello and Happy New Year!

I'm always resolution-less too. I tend to do a lot of reevaluating of what I'm currently doing, but no major "promises" to myself for the new year. It's a never ending cycle.

I'll be checking on your fitness tips...of course I over ate!

We don't do resolutions - they are almost like a challenge to see how fast you can break them.

(we haven't been to visit because our computer got a nasty virus, but we're putting together a new blog list to keep up with our favorites!)

The time to start is now. Regardless of the date, day, season. Plan, do, reflect, plan again.
