Seize the Moment!

As these last days of summer sneak right on by, be sure to catch some of it before it's all gone! Summer provides a ton of opportunities to get out, run, play, be more active and really get in some fun fitness festivities!

I really hate to see it go. I had a pretty good summer, but it's not over yet! I plan to be outside running and playing until the snow comes. You should, too! Grab your friends, your family, the babies, and go outside and get busy! No time like the present, right? I hope that you all had as fun and active a summer as I did. Now, let's keep on moving! ;)

Actually its rainy season right now in our country, but I have enjoyed my last summer because we go to one of the beautiful beach here in the Philippines and that's boracay, I don't let summer get away without going to boracay...

Well, Diva. My family and I have planning to go for a picnic in this weekend. Hope we can enjoy the last days of summer and have some memorable moment during the picnic!

Here it is Sept. 10th already...my goodness where does the time go??? The older I get the fast it goes so enjoy every minute!

We've had great summer weather for the last two weeks...and all fairness most weekends this spring/summer have been good here...I've done three outside markets and I only remember 3 rainy days so that's pretty good!

Cheers

That is a great idea to go outside and run around. Think I will walk though. And it will be extra nice because it has cooled off a little here. It is gorgeous weather to be outside. Great blog.

Here is very hot but sometimes it rains. I just want to say enjoy your summer and grab all your friends and families to take part of it.

The temp around my area has already dropped by 10 degrees. And that's Celsius. FML.

Time to bust out the hoodies and give old women in park trails mini-heart attacks as you run towards them at full speed.

... For my morning jog, of course.

People just need to be motivated to do what exercise they can right now instead of putting it off.

You got that right. I have to do some things that are on my summer list that I was unable to get to. Still a couple of days left for summer, but I'm sure it will fall into the the autumn list. As long as it gets done in 2009, it's all good.

Summer vacation are always fun especially if you are running in the beach enjoying the moment. It is always nice to take a break from work.

My summer was a whirlwind but still enjoyable. It wasn't as hot as last year, which was a bonus. But as you mentioned, we can never run out of wonderful and exciting things to do that will keep our hearts pumping!!

It's now finally getting comfortable enough in FL to enjoy the weather! 70 in the morning and late evening -- although still 90 during the day. Definitely the time to start gettig out and doing something outside!
