Get The Jump On The Lumps!



'Does this Double Quarter Pounder with cheese make me look fat? How about the super size fries and the sundae?' Uhhh....do I really have to answer that?

How about picking up a new habit or two BEFORE the ball drops and the confetti flies?
Try this: Just make a promise to yourself to hop up on that treadmill tomorrow! Or the elliptical. Go buy yourself a Wii system and start smacking some imaginary tennis balls.


Or maybe just skip that fatty lunch you usually have, and take a nice, long walk on your break, picking up a couple apples or a banana somewhere along your stroll. Top that off with a pint of milk or soy milk, with maybe some oat bran pretzels for the munchies, and I swear...you just might feel full.

The thing is, you don't have to wait for the New Year to begin your resolution to knock off a few. Truth is, the sooner you start, the easier it will be to adhere to your bold, new plan. Instead of using the year's end holidays as an excuse to glutton up, they can be your will power's beta test.

Still enjoy the holiday goodies, but put a lid on it, will ya? That way, when the weather warms up again, and we all start peeling off the layers, you might actually have something to show off instead of hide. Remember, it's gonna be YOUR butt in those jeans, not mine! Now, get OFF that fast food line. NOW!!
