Smart Sweets for the Sweetie on V Day....

Ahhh, Valentines Day....chocolates, truffles, candy hearts, wine, champagne, baskets of naughty but nice goodies....MMMmmmm....
Well, you deserve it! You've been absolutely darling, haven't you? If someone wants to show you a little 'candy love', let 'em! No, don't make someone go out and buy you a low fat, sugarless box of candy or some other stripped down semblance of sweetness! Puh-leeze~! Don't take all the fun out of delicious, sinful indulgence! This holiday only lasts one day, so savor it, baby! Enjoy!

Valentine's day candy tip:
If you do happen to receive something sweet and caloricious on V Day, don't just hide the box or basket away from yourself; indulge. Just have a few,(like one handful) and the next day, take the rest to work to share with your co-workers. Yes, that's cheating a bit, but who cares? Everyone will love you, and you won't stray so far off your good eating plan that it turns into an all out binge. Trust me on this one. It works!
You get to have and have not, and it's all good! Here's to Valentine's Day! ;)
